2008 - Liège-Brescia-Liège

Alastair wins the Sprit class of the Liège-Brescia-Liège.  He took part in his newly acquired BMW 700 with navigator Tanya Annett.

We had a really fun time and won just about everything there was to win. The 700 performed magnificently.

Alastair only picked up 2 penalty points, 10 fewer points than the car that came in second, which as a Sport version of the same car driven by Hans Lehr and Manfred Kolbe from Germany. Alastair was awarded 700 points and a host of awards (check out the silverware on the hood of the 700).

The Liège-Brescia-Liège rally was a 10 days classic touring rally supported by the original 1958 organisers 'the Royal Motor Union of Liège'. For more information please visit http://www.classicrallypress.co.uk/about0.html.
